Battlefield 4 Deluxe
The Battlefield 4 Deluxe Edition and its contents have been revealed by UK retailer GAME. We’ve previously known about the Deluxe version, but now it appears to have some new additions to the package.

So far the Deluxe Edition appears to be only for the UK, but it’s only a matter of time before it’s announced for other territories. Last week, an unofficial “Collector’s Edition” was revealed as well.

The Deluxe Edition includes a copy of the game in a Steelbook case, a set of three gold Battlefield 4 Battlepacks — which are sets of unlocks used in multiplayer, and the free China Rising DLC.

The Battlefield 4 Deluxe Edition retails for $5 more than the regular version, and we’re not sure if it’s worth the price. The only exclusive item is the Steelbook game cover. The BattlePacks will be available to all players through unlocks, and the DLC is free to anyone who pre-orders the game, regardless of what edition it is.

Battlefield 4 has been doing well when it comes to pre-orders, especially on next gen platforms where it’s outselling first party titles such as Killzone Shadow Fall on the PS4 and Forza 5 on the Xbox One.

In honestly, I want to buy the premium edition, but it would be released one year later.(from the relation of the bf3 normal and premium)
I can’t wait BF4 so long, so I will pre-order the “normal” edition.
Digital deluxe? Are you kidding me? It’s waste of the money, don’t you think?

No they have not. All EA and DICE have said is “there will be a Premium service for Battlefield 4″. They have not announced it’s release date or price.

Premium will probably release a few months after the games launch and then a ‘Premium Edition’ will release after a few months after the majority have bought the Premium service.

Actually, when they first put the game up on Origin for Pre-release sale, it was advertised to come with premium. This has since been downgraded to the China rising DLC only. Another sneaky U-turn by the team :(

Premium has been announced today and sounds like it will launch the same time as the game.

Deluxe Version of BF2: Having BF2 and all expansion packs, everything in one.

Deluxe Version of BF4: Have BF4 and a fragment of all the content to come.
After a year or so, buy BF4 again for all content.

Seriously, all the exclusives and whatnot-sets are all bull*hit, None of them include Premium, so everything just has a bit of something, but none all. You WILL NEED to buy Premium, only difference is the amount of plastic that each pack may or may not contain and how much money you are willing to burn until Premium is vaiable so you can burn some more.

I feel extremely sorry for anyone who has to play BF4 on current generation consoles. Not hating, but even BF3 looked like shit on console. I’ll probably get it for PS4.
