AMD releases graphics drivers for the upcoming BF4 beta
Earlier today Nvidia released their set of drivers for the upcoming Battlefield 4 beta, and now rival AMD has done the same. They’ve released the new Catalyst 13.10 beta driver which includes support for the Battlefield 4 beta. Improved set of drivers from both companies are expected when then game launches in about a month.
The beta starts tomorrow, less than 24 hours from now on. Those with BF3 Premium will have access tomorrow, as will those who pre-ordered the game on Origin. The beta runs for two weeks and concludes on October 15. If you’re a PC gamer, you should update your graphics drivers from AMD or Nvidia, to make sure the game runs as well as possible.
Unlike Nvidia, AMD has a deeper partnership with EA, and will offer Battlefield 4 packaged with its upcoming next generation graphics cards. Developer DICE is also optimizing BF4 specifically for AMD CPUs and GPUs.
