Battlefield 4 PS4 vs Xbox One

Are you looking to get a next gen console? Are you still split between the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 when it comes to Battlefield 4? Well, look no further, as we got a couple of gameplay videos that show the difference between the two versions.

We already know that the PlayStation 4 version runs at 900p compared to just 720p on the Xbox One. But how much does the extra resolution matter? Check out the videos below and see for yourself.

While the higher resolution of the PS4 can be seen certain places (and only when you view the video in full screen), the general visual quality and frame rate appears to be nearly identical on both platforms.

And don’t forget: if you already purchased Battlefield 4 on the Xbox 360 or the PS3, you can upgrade to a next-gen version for just $10 bucks.

“upgrade to a next-gen version for just $10 bucks.” —

This ends on Dec 31 2013, just an FYI to everyone interested, and by ‘upgrade’ they mean trade in your PS3/360 version.

I’m not sure, but at the beginning of the third video there’s also more fire on the Xbox One.
But 0:15 into that same video you can see some clouds on PS4 that aren’t there on XB1.

Everyone is all about fps and resolution its beyond stupid to hear that day in day out. The games all look good if all you care about is graphics just stop playing and let the rest of us enjoy the next gen gaming experience from what we each see in these games.

the xbox one looks very good and the ps4 looks very good too, but there are some tiny differences that put both consoles at an advantage.

The only problem is that on digital foundry’s video they had a high end PC in the bottom cabnet for xbox one and a regular ps4 in the other. Your people are probably wondering how I know that and its because at the event of digital foundry, I was infront of everybody and I could see clearly there was no xbox in that cabnet because I saw one third of the high end pc sticking out.
