China Rising DLC brings air superiority back

The China Rising DLC brings back Air Superiority, the Dirtbike, and new gadgets and vehicles.

Battlefield 4 China Rising DLCWhen DICE releases DLC expansion packs, it’s not just a few maps, they contain a lot more. Usually, we get new weapons, vehicles, awards, etc., in addition to the new maps.

The Battlefield 4 China Rising expansion pack will include four new maps and other content. And some of that other content has been “revealed” in recent Battlefield 4 trophies for the China Rising expansion pack.

The trophies and awards reveal the return of the Battlefield 4 Air Superiority game mode, the Dirtbike vehicle, and some new gadgets and vehicles as well. The “SUAV” is mentioned, which stands for Small Unamaned Air Vehicle. It could be a good supplement to the regular UAV: the MAV.

Finally, the awards mention a new vehicle called “Bomber”, which could be anything from a new type of jet aircraft to a new Commander asset. We’ll have to wait and see — China Rising launches on December 3rd for those with Battlefield 4 Premium, and on December 17th for regular players. The DLC will retail for $15 (free to Premium members).

That’s okay DICE, we don’t mind if you just copypaste a game mode that was introduced in BF3 and sell it again. We don’t mind at all! Oh, and we sure won’t mind if Air Superiority will only be supported on the DLC maps it came with….

Um you need to get your facts straight air superiority was introduced in 1943 and brought back in BF3 due to many wanting to see its return. There are only so many games modes out there and look at least it’s a c&p game mode unlike the other fps game that is the same year after year.

Don’t like the game don’t buy it or play it. Tired of seeing “fix the game” comments when its not the game. It seems to work fine for 75% of people. so get over it. Go play spin the bottle.

Yea maybe if you pulled your head out of your ass long enough you’d see that it does not work “fine for 75% of people”.

Dice admitted EA forced them to release the game before it was ready in order to beat COD’s release date.

I bet you play on console while the real players on PC suffer.

EA are really childish just because they push the game to early just to beat the release date of Call of Duty. Very childish of them; I see why EA was voted the #1 worst company of the US because of one of those reasons.

Hey leave the consoles out of this! Its already painful enough that we don’t get to experience ‘the perfect PC Battlefield experience’ I am as mad at EA as you are so lets not fight among ourselves, gaming comrade!

I am still having problems with the game crashing, but it seems to be getting a little more stable just based on the length of time I am at least able to play between crashes. Besides the crashes, there is long laundry list of crap that needs fixing in the game.

Personally, EA went about the release of this game in a poor manner. Aside from the fact that its been well documented that they knowingly released it without a proper QC just to beat Cod Ghosts, but they also shot themselves in the foot ( while taking advantage of their fan base with this crappy unstable product) by having to wait until the new consoles come out. Sales have gone flat for the two main reasons mentioned above.

It would seem to me that had they took the extra time to QC the product longer, say an extra couple weeks between the originally scheduled release date and the date the new consoles shipped they could have had a much smoother transition and a sustained level of sales across the board. I am not saying that all the little things in the game would have been addressed but many of the server/client connection issues could have been addressed before it went live.

EA/DICE should have given RAPE KITS instead of Battle Packs because a lot of people got screwed on this one. What can you expect from a company two years running as the worst company in America!

What’s wrong with playing on console? I’m sorry I don’t have the money to pay 1000 dollars just to play 3 games better. And just because I CAN build a cheaper pc than that, doesn’t mean I should. Why pay $300 bucks on a pc to play at the exact same quality of my console? Quit being a butt hurt pc elitist, console crashes too, bud

Te reason its not working so well is because, like ghosts, its really a next gen game. It crashes because its made for next gen which can handle the intensity of it. And also, welcome to the real world where in order to survive, you need money, and making games is a way to make money. If you dont like it, go make a better game that works perfectly and hand it out to everyone for free

Actually it crashes and is bugged on next gen consoles too. Get your facts straight. Plus, if you made a game and handed it out cor free you wouldn’t be making money. Pff

It crashes on my Xbox one quite frequently. I downloaded it from the cloud though, so who knows.
