Check out the BF2 intro remade in Battlefield 4

The classic BF2 intro gets a modern day remake.

Battlefield 2 holds a special place in many gamer’s hearts. It was the first Battlefield game to be set in modern times. Compared to Battlefield 4 (and many other games today), it was pretty simple. A few unlocks, a few gadgets, and that’s about it. This made the gameplay simple — there was no destruction, no “Levolution”, no advanced server settings. And only one game mode. It was all about the gameplay.

BF2 also featured an iconic intro that wowed gamers back in 2005, and some very talented folks remade that intro with Battlefield 4. Check out the impressive result above, and the original BF2 intro below:

I want to play that battlefield 4 game. The game had zero lag and it looked extra clean.

The way DICE managed to literally destroy a fully functional and highly demanded and loved game – BF2 – still amazes me. It should not be possible to do that, but with BF3 and BF4 DICE really did manage doing it. RIP BF.

Well, even better the BF3’s BF2 intro remake. The only thing that BF4 need (of course except better netcode and less bugs) is better map design. BF4 maps are better then the ones we had in BF3, but they still are not even close to BF2 level. I am not talking about decorations, I am talking about the layout.

It’s only the worst one because it doesn’t work properly, it’s badly balanced and has some shit maps. Otherwise it’s quite good.

BF2 where planes had power. I LOVED iron bombs. You could take out a tank dropping both bombs on it.

No one mentioned how they never fixed all the Battlerecorder issues in BF2 but at least they had it! Just another sign that BF3 & BF4 wouldn’t deliver is there laziness by not including BattleRecorder. Battle recorder should be perfect by now and it doesn’t even exist.

They should simply lease Rockstar’s “GTA recorder”. Have a good moment and hit F2 and edit it later in 3D and make the best YT videos!
