The Battlefield 4 AH-1Z Viper (aka Super Cobra) is the main attack helicopter used by the US forces in Battlefield 4 multiplayer. The AH-1Z Viper is an attack helicopter that’s very effective against vehicles and infantry on the ground, and can be used in a variety of roles on the battlefield. The AH-1Z Viper was first introduced in early 2000s and entered service with the USMC in 2010.
The Battlefield 4 AH-1Z Viper seats two soldiers: a pilot with access to rockets, and a gunner with access to a powerful Gatling cannon and TV missiles. It’s similar to the AH-64 Apache in the game.
The AH-1Z was first featured in the Battlefield series in BF2, where it also was the main attack helicopter for the US forces. It’s main rival in Battlefield 4 is the Russian MI-28 Havoc and the Chinese attack helicopter, the WZ-10.
