Battlefield 4 AT4

Battlefield 4 AT4The Battlefield 4 AT4 is an unlockable rocket launcher used by the Engineer class. The AT4 features a wire-guided rocket where the player can track its trajectory and home in on the target. The AT4 in Battlefield 4 doesn’t need to lock on a target like the Javelin, and can also serve as a “fire and forget” rocket launcher. The Battlefield 4 AT4 can be expanded to carry more rockets with a soldier unlock or by using one of the BattlePacks.

The AT4 was first featured in the Battlefield series in Bad Company 2, and is expected to return in Battlefield 4. The AT4 is a good overall rocket launcher that can be used against vehicles and buildings, but is less effective against infantry.

There are several versions of the Swedish-developed rocket launcher, some guided and some unguided. The M136 AT4 has been used around the world since the 1980s. A newer weapon set to replace some of the AT4s in service is the SRAW, which is wire guided.

Battlefield 4 AT4 tips

The Battlefield 4 AT4 is a very versatile rocket launcher, and is very effective against slow moving vehicles. It can even be used against small aircraft, such as low flying helicopters. However, the rocket can only be controlled a few degrees in all directions, so you still have to aim well at your target for the AT4 to be effective.

in no way shape or form is the AT-4 guided. granted there is a similar weapon that is guided but its designation is not the AT-4 per say

Why do keep putting that BFBC2 was the first to feature these weapons? All the weapons in BFBC1 were in BFBC2. I know it wasn’t a PC port but your facts are wrong.

AT4 is most certainly not wire guided. not to mention this weapon platform is not re-loadable on the go like the RPG…

Either the “ERYX” from BF2 or “AT4” from BC2 both are awesome rocket launcher.

They should have just made it a single ammo, heavy damage, multipurpose rocket.
