Battlefield 4 Claymore
Battlefield 4 Claymore (M18 Claymore) is an anti-personnel mine that can be unlocked and used by the Support class in multiplayer. The Claymore in Battlefield 4 is highly effective against infantry, and is very useful in tight, infantry-based close quarter maps.
The Battlefield 4 Claymore usually kills the enemy instantly when they pass in front of the mine. However, the enemy can move past the mine if they’re walking slowly or crawling. The Claymore is very fragile and can be destroyed by gunfire and grenades. The M18 Claymore has to be unlocked and can only be used by the Support class in the game.
Battlefield 4 Claymore tips
The Battlefield 4 claymore is most useful when placed around flags to protect against enemy infantry. It’s also very useful in entrances to buildings, and any narrow pass that’s heavily trafficked by the enemy. Therefore, Claymores are most useful in urban environments, such as close quarter maps with a lot of infantry action.
The player can carry two Claymore mines at a time, and can only deploy two as well. If the player deploys an additional mine, the first mine deployed will be removed automatically. When the player dies, any Claymore mines set by the player will disappear on the map.
