Battlefield 4 Squad Deathmatch
Battlefield 4 Squad Deathmatch is a multiplayer game mode that pits squads against each other in the famous Deathmatch game type. Squad Deathmatch in Battlefield 4 can feature up to four squads of five players each, where the objective is the same as in Team Deathmatch: reach the kill limit before the other team.
Battlefield 4 Squad Deathmatch rules
Battlefield 4 Squad Deathmatch is very similar to Team Deathmatch, it only involves teams of squads, and has overall less players (maximum of 20 players). The objective is to be the first squad to reach 50 kills in a match in order to win. The Kill limit can be set from 50 to 250. Unlike regular Deathmatch, the Squad DM mode focuses more on team work within the squads. The mode does not include any vehicles.
Battlefield 4 Squad Deathmatch tips
Squad Deathmatch can be seen as a scaled down version of Team Deathmatch. As with similar game modes, knowing the map and being very good at one-to-one combat is key, but so is being in a squad that’s well comprised of different classes. Squad Deathmatch is a great mode to practice teamwork and communication with your squad. Another great squad-based mode is Squad Rush, where two squads compete in a Rush mode. Despite the many More Battlefield 4 multiplayer game modes, Squad Deathmatch remains a focus with the E-Sports community because of its competitiveness and small team size.
