The Battlefield 4 SU-35 Flanker goes head to head with the FA 18 Hornet, where it has some advantages. It’s faster in a straight line and has a more powerful 30 mm cannon. This makes it slightly better against ground vehicles, while it suffers slightly when it comes to dog fights. The su-35 is the most agile fighter in the world because this jet use 3D vectored thrust. F-18 is absolutly not agile but have a larger playload. The f-18 is good for ground attack, the su-35 is purely an interceptor. Makers of videogames should ask more informations to fighters pilots.

You are wrong. Su-35 is a multi-role fighter (interceptor are the Mig-25, Mig-31, they use big radars and high speed, not manouverable) just like the F/A-18 (F/A stands for Fighter/Attacker). Su-35 is more manouverable for sure, but the F-18 dosen’t fall much behind.

These days the weaponry and the on board electronics are what determine the effectiveness of a fighter but in case of an old fashion dogfight, the f-18 doesn’t stand the chance against the SU-35. Just compere few air shows for both planes if you have any sense and see the difference, any of you smoke talking people in an SU-35 can play circuit around an experienced f-18 pilot
