Battlefield 4 UH-1Y Venom
The Battlefield 4 UH-1Y Venom (or Super Huey) is a transport helicopter used by the US faction in Battlefield 4 multiplayer. The UH-1Y Venom can seat up to 5 soldiers — one pilot and 4 passengers. Two of the passengers have access to miniguns, making the Venom / Huey somewhat effective against enemy ground troops. The Battlefield 4 UH-1Y Venom (or Huey) was first featured in the series in BF3. It’s similar in function to the UH-60 Black Hawk.
The UH-1Y Venom was first introduced in 2001 and entered service in 2008 with the US Marine Corps. It’s based on the Bell UH-1N Twin Huey, and can be armed with additional rocket pods for the pilot. A faster transport helicopter can be found in the AH-6J Little Bird.

The UH-1Y Venom in Battlefield 4 is mainly a transport helicopter, with mounted miniguns to protect against enemy infantry. It’s very comparable to the Chinese Z-9.

Battlefield 4 UH-1Y Venom tips
The Battlefield 4 UH-1Y Venom is mainly used to transport troops to and from objectives, and is very vulnerable against enemy aircraft such as the MI-28 Havoc attack helicopter, or AA defenses such as the Tunguska. However, the UH-1Y is very agile in the air and can out-maneuver most other aircraft.
Battlefield 4 UH-1Y Venom unlocks
The UH-1Y is limited to a few unlocks. It has flares as a countermeasure to enemy AA such as the IGLA, and the pilot can unlock rockets which are usable against light armored vehicles.
