Battlefield 4 US factionThe Battlefield 4 US faction is one of the three main factions in the game. The US in Battlefield 4 is represented by the USMC — United States Marine Crops. The United States has been playable in every Battlefield game since BF2, where it was one of the main factions as well. In BF4, the US faction faces both China and Russia on multiplayer maps.

Battlefield 4 US faction overview

Battlefield 4 US faction characterThe Battlefield 4 US faction is generally considered the strongest one, in terms of weapons and vehicles arsenal. Since the US is the mightiest military power in the world, this is also reflected in the game. However, this does not mean that teams are unbalanced in any way. On most levels, The US is well balanced against China and Russia — the two other factions in the game.

The US faction character render is very similar to the real world, with realistic battle fatigues, armor, accessories, and different camouflage options. You can see one of the character renders to the right, wearing the standard uniform found in the game. Players will be able to unlock more camos as they play, and as part of different BattlePacks.

The US Army is not the “Mightiest military in the world” the British SAS is.

Neither the US Army or the British SAS are militaries. The US Army is a branch of the military, and the SAS is a special forces group.

The USMC is larger than the entire British military, and you dare to call it the mightiest military in the world? It’s not even in the top 10.

SAS are a SOG, and they are marked currently as #1, and I’m honestly confused a lot, Marines don’t wear multicam don’t tell me they are Marine Raiders or to some people referred as “MARSOC” (which is the command unit..) so why do they wear multicam? I think DICE got a lot of things wrong in the making of Battlefield 4. They never wear multicam, usually Army does and some Air Force, Navy, specific groups of SOCOM like SEALs, NSWDG/DEVGRU, Delta Force, Green Berets/Army Special Forces, Pararescue/AFSOC/CCT/TACP/etc, 75th Rangers, Rangers. It’s gonna take a long time to name them all off memory. You get my point, there’s a lot of units/branches that use multicam just I’m 99% sure that Marines don’t. Also Dice says Marines say Hooah? That’s Air Force. Marines say Oorah, Navy says Hooyah, Army says Hoorah, Coast Guard I honestly don’t even know. I think they say Oorah too. Well then, enjoy reading.

Only MARSOC would wear multicam depending on if mission dictates. But, I should know, I wear MARPAT, which is woodland and desert, not multicam.

Just to let you know, MARSOC pretty much wears whatever they want, but, majority of the time is MARPAT. But another thing, army say HOOAH, not the Air Force. I don’t know, not care what USAF says.

I want you to know, they are categorized differently, so that argument isn’t valid.

Ronald is right, they use the M16A4, M16, not sure about the M16A3, M249 SAW, M203 GL, Bayonets, M9 Beretta, M110, .50 Cal Machine Gun, M32, 60mm mortar/81mm mortar, M240B, M4 Carbine, FGM-148 Javelin, obviously Grenades, and a Mark 19 Grenade Launcher.
