Its distinctive feature is that its a fully automatic shotgun, making it deadly at close range. The Battlefield 4 USAS-12 can be equipped with accessories such as scopes and sights, extended magazine, and even alternative ammunition such as frag rounds.

The USAS-12 is a Korean made shotgun developed in the 1980s, and is one of the very few active shotguns capable of fully automatic fire. It was first featured in the Battlefield series in Bad Company. The USAS-12 is one of the most powerful weapons in the game, and is therefore only available as a Battle Pick up weapon.

The Battlefield 4 USAS-12 is a great combat shotgun for use in close ranges, and especially in close quarter infantry maps. For anything beyond short range, some of the other shotguns are better, as they have less recoil and better accuracy.

    Why is this a pickup weapon? It runs out of ammo incredibly quick and has a very low range. It’s better suited as a class weapon

      Lol because of its incredible power. the usas pickup is always using frag shells, which are the weakest types of shells. imagine the devastation of a full auto slug xD
